Calculate and report the Egapro professional equality index

The Ministry of Labor has developed the tool Egapro, which allows all companies with at least 50 employees to:

  • Calculate their index of professional equality
  • Declare their index of professional equality
  • Declare progress targets or corrective measures, for companies with an index below 85 points.
