Residential Space Declaration: Development Tax - Preventive Archeology Tax (Form 6830)

Allows you to declare the elements necessary for the calculation of city planning taxes (preventive archeology tax and development tax).

It must be lodged with the tax office with which it has territorial jurisdiction. These taxes can also be declared online via the secure space on impots.gouv.fr, under the heading “Manage my real estate”.

The declaration must be submitted no later than 90 days after the end of the works (7 months after the issue of the authorization if the floor area of the project is greater than or equal to 5 000 m²).
