TDG Event Report - Telecommitment of Accident During Transportation of Dangerous Goods (Online Service)

New paperless reporting procedure for reporting events (related to loading, unloading or transport) occurring during the transport of dangerous goods, in accordance with RID/ADR. section 1.8.5.

This is done via the Cerberus gate.

This online procedure replaces Cerfa 12252*01. It should no longer be used from 1 January 2025.
