The registration file must be returned by email to the email address of the regional council on which the accountant depends. It must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Copy of the accounting diploma or certificate of completion of the examination, or authorization to enroll in the Table of the Order
• List of diplomas duly completed, specifying the date on which the diplomas were obtained (Annex 8)
• Duplex photocopy of national identity card or passport or residence card
• Mandatory questionnaire for the duly completed morality survey (Annex 2)
• CV
• Copy of the lease of the premises in which the accountant will practice his profession or proof of ownership of the premises and possibility of practicing the profession there
• Justification of the professional situation at the date of the application for registration
• Certification by the registered employer, where the public accountant is employed by his/her organization as a public accountant (Appendix 3) or attestation by the legal representative of the business (in the case of a business of accountant acting as a member) (Annex 4) or certificate of termination of contract of the employer, if he is not a member of the Order
• Certificate of professional independence completed with supporting documents (Annex 5)
• Model of attestation on the honor of having his civil rights and of having suffered no completed conviction (Annex 1)
• Provisional proof of subscription to professional indemnity insurance with a company of choice (Annex 6), or proof of insurance of the employer, registered in the Order, natural or legal person, specifying that the accountant is covered by the contract he has subscribed (Annex 7)
