It is still possible to use the Cerfa 10782*05 form to declare the activity of a training organization (TO).

It must be sent by post to the Dreets department responsible for supervising training organizations.

For a list of supporting documents (documents to be provided) to attach with the declaration, the declarant may either consult the related leaflet or refer to the information sheet " Declaration of activity by trainers or training bodies ’, in the part entitled ‘ Declaration of activity ”.
