DSN Tracking is a new service offered by the Urssaf to improve company support. Its purpose is to inform companies of anomalies detected in their DSNs, concerning individual data and consistency with aggregated data.

Already applied in Aquitaine and Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur, this service allows you to identify:

  • the origin and detail of the anomaly detected in your DSN;
  • the methods of correction;
  • the consequences on the calculation of contributions and on the rights of your employees.

How to correct your anomalies?

The process for correcting your anomalies depends on the date you filed your DSN:

  • if you filed your DSN several days before the due date, you can submit a new DSN that will cancel and replace the previous one;
  • if you filed your DSN on time, you will need to wait for the next DSN to perform throttling or change blocks.

How do I get DSN Tracking?

The service DSN Tracking is available from your Urssaf online space.

In the event that your access rights are not open, simply check the “DSN Tracking Dashboard” box in the “My Profile” section to access it.
