Tourism: benefit from Destination France digital diagnosis for your company!

Within the framework of the France Num initiative and the tourism plan Destination France aimed at boosting tourism in France, the CMAs and KICs enable more than 10 000 companies in the tourism sector to benefit from a diagnosis of their digitization and an action plan to develop their business with digitization and gain better visibility on the internet.

The steps of the individual diagnosis of digital maturity

The free support provided by the WCAs and KICs takes place in several stages:

• 1^er exchange: you express your company's needs to the CMA or CCI advisor. This establishes the digital diagnosis of your company;
• 2^e exchange: the advisor presents an action plan and priority actions to be implemented to improve the digitization of your company. It also informs you of existing aids and devices;
• 3^e exchange: you and the advisor take stock of the actions taken and identify if your company needs any other support.

Who can benefit from this support?

The CCI or CMA support mainly concerns SMEs that “contribute to the tourist attractiveness” of France and that wish to be supported in their digitization. This aid is also intended for SMEs.

To benefit from it, you must not have benefited from these individual diagnoses in 2020 or 2021.

Companies affected by this accompanying scheme include:

• restaurants and the entire catering sector;
• hotels and the entire accommodation sector;
• parks and leisure activities;
• craftsmen (glassmakers, potters, carpenters, etc.);
• craft companies dependent on the tourist activity of their region or department.

How to access it?

In order to obtain the individual diagnosis of digital maturity, you simply have to go to your usual advisor at the CMA or the CCI.
