Formalities: Completion of online company formality centers (TFCs)

With a view to the application of the single site for company formalities, companies can no longer use the online services of the company formality centers (TFCs) for their formalities and their transmission to the bodies concerned.
In a decree of 10 November 2022, the possibility for certain TFCs to provide an online service to companies in order to prepare their formalities file and to forward it to the recipient organizations is removed.
This change with immediate effect takes place in the context of the switch of companies to the new online company formalities window: formalities.companies.gouv.fr. The use of this unique site, already accessible, will be mandatory on 1er january 2023 for all companies for all their formalities.
