For example, a flat rate applies to legal listings relating to:
- the resignation for cause, appointment and termination of the office of the auditor of commercial or civil businesses;
- the modification of the date of opening and closing of the business year, the modification of the date of commencement of business and the extension of the commercial businesses;
- the transfer of the registered office of the commercial businesses, European businesses and planned civil businesses;
- the termination of the functions of the managers of commercial businesses and the appointment of the managers of civil businesses;
- the replenishment of the share capital of commercial businesses and civil businesses.

As a reminder, when a flat rate is not provided for, the price of the legal advertisement depends on its length.
The price is set according to the number of characters of the advertisement. Multiply the total number of characters in the ad, including spaces, by the price of the character.
