Publié le null - Legal and Administrative Information Directorate (Prime Minister)

Since 27 April 2023, INPI has been offering an “expert mode” to simplify the filing of annual accounts on the one-stop shop for company formalities. This mode allows the filing of electronically signed documents, without having to answer all the questions asked in the conventional mode.

What does the "expert mode" of annual accounts filing offer?

The "expert mode" was created to reduce the number of mandatory questions that the registrant must answer in the classic mode. The answers to these questions enrich the data in the National Register of companies (NCR).

Thus, the "expert mode" simplifies the filing of annual accounts on the Single Window. To access it, just click on ‘To submit annual accounts in expert mode’.

The main information to be provided concerns the start and end dates of the accounting year.

Please note

This new method allows more validation of annual accounts by the Registries.

How to file your annual accounts?

It now exists 3 options for filing your annual accounts :

  • e-filing on the Single Window with "expert mode";
  • traditional electronic filing on the Single Window;
  • deposit of the annual accounts by paper at the registry of the commercial court (by post or on the spot).

Reminder

The annual accounts shall be physically deposited within one month of the approval of the accounts by the ordinary meeting of shareholders or the sole shareholder.

Electronic filing is done within 2 months after approval.
