Filing of annual accounts: possibility to use the electronic formalities window

It is now possible for a company to use the electronic company formalities window to transmit its accounting documents to the Trade and businesses Register (SCR). This will become the electronic one-stop shop for company formalities on 1er January 2023.
As regards the individual contractor with limited liability, he may submit his accounting documents on this window as from 1er January 2023.
According to an order of October 21, 2022, companies may, now, use the companies’ formalities electronic window to send their annual accounts and consolidated accounts to the SCN.
This window is also used for the reception of documents, the request for additional transmission and the validation of deposit. He will become the electronic single window for company formalities to 1er January 2023.
Individual entrepreneurs with limited liability will be able to submit their accounting documents electronically through the one-stop shop only from 1er january 2023.
FYI
The annual accounts may always be lodged by paper means with the Registry of the Commercial Court. This will remain possible after 1er January 2023.
