The results of the satisfaction survey of the website boamp.fr have just been published. In order to meet the needs communicated by users, changes will be made.
From September 20 to November 18, 2022, boamp.fr conducted a satisfaction survey to better understand the needs of users.
As a result, it follows that:
97,1 % of its users visit the site on a professional basis;
85.5% find part or all of what they are looking for during their visit;
66.8% of users find the information clear or very clear;
there are problems with presenting and printing search results.
A first action
In order to facilitate the search for public contracts, the indication of the lots has been added to the list of results. The first 10 lots are now visible without the need to open the notice.
Upcoming developments on boamp.fr
Further improvements on boamp.fr The following are being developed in the short and medium term:
more compact display of notices to make navigation faster, simpler and more user-friendly;
Improved printing
export search results to a downloadable table in csv format
Ability to send a selection of listings to a third party from the results list
sending alert results in tabular form, with an increased and configurable maximum number of notifications;
increase the maximum number of alerts in personal space (currently 5 alerts).
