Property tax and CFE: opt for the monthly levy

Your company is liable for the CFE or property tax (on built or non-built properties)? If this is the case, you can opt for the monthly payment of these taxes now.

In order to be able to spread the payment of your tax, it is possible to subscribe to the monthly levy.

If you wish to opt for this 2025 spread, you must subscribe to this option no later than 30 June.

The first payment shall be made on the 15th day of the month following accession.

How do I proceed?

In order to subscribe to the monthly payment of your CFE and property tax, you must log in to your professional space on impots.gouv.fr and then follow these steps:

  • in the “Pay” service, click on “CFE and other taxes”;
  • click on “subscribe to the monthly levy”;
  • Enter the tax type, notice reference, and effective year.
  • confirm;
  • then enter your bank details (in IBAN format), the name and address of the bank account holder, your email;
  • check the box "I validate the mandate...";
  • confirm.
