Launch of France Travail Pro

Are you a VSE or an SME? Want to recruit? France Travail has just created France Work Pro to offer personalized help to companies wishing to speed up their recruitment.

Despite a high satisfaction rate (86.9%), France Travail's recruitment services are not well known to employers.

To remedy this, France Travail is launching its “pro” offer. The purpose of this initiative is to make it easier for employers to access the personalized assistance of a counselor.

Currently, more than 6,000 advisors France Work Pro are present in France Travail agencies to help SMEs in their recruitment.

Please note

In 2023, 57% of employers rated recruitment as “difficult”.

What aid?

France Work Pro offers the following aid:

  • improving the attractiveness of published offers;
  • better identification of recruitment aids;
  • support in the search for candidates (in order to quickly find the “right profile”);
  • advice on the tutoring path in the context of professional immersion;
  • pre-employment training aid.
