Tourist accommodation

Since 1^er January 2025, new rules apply to tourist furnished rentals. In addition, the new amounts of the tourist tax in Île-de-France apply from that date.

Outstanding applicable measures

A number of existing measures are amended in 1^er January 2025. In the absence of an adopted budget law, they could not be renewed or updated. These measures will therefore potentially evolve in line with the forthcoming adoption of a 2025 budget law.
