How do I initial or quote social documents?

Depending on the type of business, a certain number of social documents (minutes of meetings, register of minutes) must be marked and initialed before they can be used for the first time.
The coast is used to number the pages of certain books, registers or directories to avoid any substitution. The initialing is a signature made at a certain date on the social documents by a competent authority.
The purpose of the coast and initialing is to prevent any forgery, i.e. any addition, replacement or deletion of the document in the register.
