The collective company agreements must be deposited on the digital platform TeleAgreements :

They are then automatically transmitted to the Dreets: titleContent geographically competent.

The Internet filing concerns the following documents:

• Collective labor agreements and agreements and their addenda
• Action plans concluded in the framework of the obligations to negotiate at the level of institutions, companies, groups and economic and social units (ESU)
• Agreements on the accession and termination of collective agreements
• Votes of disagreement concluded in the context of the obligations to negotiate between the employer and representative organizations
• Unilateral decisions of the employer (e.g. participation in the company)

To file an agreement on the Internet, the following documents must be downloaded:

• Full text (signed version of the parts)
• Copy of the letter, mail, receipt or dated notice of receipt notifying all representative organizations of the text at the end of the signature procedure
• Version of the Agreement to be published or the act by which the Parties agree that part of the Agreement shall not be published
• For agreements subject to consultation of staff, a copy of the minutes of the outcome of the referendum
• List and address of establishments with separate establishments, if any

The administration shall issue a deposit receipt after instruction once all the necessary documents have been transmitted.

The Administration may defer the issue of the receipt until the file is complete.

A copy of the agreement shall be submitted to the Registry of the Labor Court of the place where the agreement is concluded.
