In which sector can the usual fixed-term contract or the temporary (interim) fixed-term contract be used?

In certain sectors of activity, the DTA: titleContent is not a traditionally used method of recruitment. The Labor Code then provides for recourse to the FIXED-TERM CONTRACT: titleContent said of use or to the temporary fixed-term contract d'acting.
