New aid for hiring a young alternator for 2023

A press release of the Ministry of Labour of 6 January 2023 announces that the aid created for all the hires of alternants in 2023, will be valid until 2027. The Order in Council which is to confirm this announcement has not yet been issued. The content of this page remains in effect.

Such aid shall be between €2,000 and €8,000. They are subject to certain conditions of access. We explain how to get them.

Which companies concerned?

Any employer who contributes to continuing vocational training.

What conditions?

Any hiring of a job applicant aged 26 or over on a professional contract, CDD: titleContent or CDI: titleContentis concerned by this aid.

The person hired must not have been part of the company during the 6 months prior to the signing of the contract.

The position held must not have been subject to economic redundancy within 6 months prior to employment.

How much?

The aid shall amount to €2,000.

It shall be paid in two instalments, provided that the contract is still in force on the second date of payment.

How do I get it?

The completed and signed application form must be sent to Pôle emploi services, in 3 months following the start of the contract.

This form must be accompanied by the following documents:

  • Copy of the contract of professionalisation (cerfa n° 12434) signed by the employer and the employee
  • Bank details voucher

Professional Contract

An employer who wishes to recruit a disabled person on a professional contract may receive assistance if the contract is for at least 6 months and for a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Aid may be granted for a contract which has a minimum duration of 16 hours per week.

Who shall I contact

Its maximum amount is €5 000.

The aid shall be proportional to the duration of the employment contract, but shall start from the 6e month worked.

This aid may be combined with other aid.

It is renewable if you continue your studies at a higher level.

It can be extended for a year if the employee redoubles a class at school.

What are the conditions for taking advantage of it?

3 conditions must be met by all:

  • The contract must be a professionalisation contract preparing a diploma or a professional title less than or equal to level 7 of the national framework of professional qualifications (master's degree, engineering degree ...), or preparing a certificate of professional qualification (CQP) or an experimental professionalisation contract.
  • Employee must have less than 30 years upon signature of the contract.
  • The contract shall be concluded between 1to January and December 31, 2023.

What is the amount of aid?

The amount of aid shall be €6,000.

It shall be granted only for 1re year contract.

How do I ask for help?

You do not have any specific requests to make as such.

Just report the employee's hiring.

As an employer, you must send the apprenticeship (or CQP or professionalisation) contract to your Competency Operator (OPCO). According to OPCO, the deposit is made either online via their website or by mail.

How is the aid paid to you?

The payment of the aid shall be automatic, monthly, before the salary is paid.

Once the contract has been registered and the Monthly DSN In fact, you must report the presence or absence of the employee concerned on the SYLAé platform.

If the contract is breached before its due date, the aid shall be paid until the last month of the contract. For the months following the end of the contractual relationship, overpayments must be refunded to the SPA.

This help has been removed since 1to November 2021.

This aid is deleted from 1to January 2023. It shall remain valid for contracts signed between November 2021 and December 2022.

Terms

The job applicant must meet the following conditions:

  • Active job search for 12 months out of the last 15 months
  • Over 30 years
  • Not working more than 78 hours per month
  • Signing a professional contract. All Graduation Levels are accepted up to level 7 (master, DEA, engineer, DESS) or a certificate of professional qualification (CQP or CQPI).
Amount of aid

The aid shall amount to €8,000.

Duration of aid and payment

The aid shall be paid during the 1re year contract.

Onere Part of the aid shall be paid the month following acceptance of the dossier by Pôle emploi.

The remaining portion is paid every 3 months.

How do I ask for help?

The payment procedure shall be determined by Pôle emploi, which shall inform the employer thereof.

The employer must apply to Pôle emploi.

He must provide a copy of the professionalisation contract.
