The distribution of advertising in mailboxes and on cars is framed. We will detail the prohibitions and sanctions associated.

He is forbidden distribute unaddressed advertisements (which do not bear the name or address of the person who receives them) in mailboxes marked with a refusal to receive advertisements. This is true for the mailboxes of individuals and companies at home or at their head office.
Refusal to receive advertisements may be indicated by a label indicating, for example: “Stop pub”, “No ad”, etc.
Failure to comply with a statement indicating refusal by persons to receive unaddressed advertising shall be punishable byfine provided for contraventions of 5è class. This fine is €1,500 (natural persons) or €7,500 (legal persons).
The distribution in mailboxes of unsolicited gifts (not requested by the person receiving them) intended to market to consumers is forbidden. This applies to all gifts. For example: pens, product samples, etc.
