Consultation of the register of insurance intermediaries (Online service)
Any insurance and reinsurance intermediary or broker (any person engaged in the business of presenting, offering or assisting in the conclusion of insurance or reinsurance contracts or other preparatory work for their conclusion) shall be required to register in a national register, under a single registration number, freely accessible to the public.
Registration is mandatory and renewable every year.
With this register available online, any insured person (professional, company or individual) can check that an insurance intermediary is registered and that he or she meets the requirements required by the regulations for the exercise of his or her activity.
