Application for certification of professional competence for public transport operators and freight forwarders (Form 11414*05)

You must complete this form for obtain attestation of professional capacity.

It allows you to practice the following trades:

  • Road freight carrier (TRM)), for moving or renting industrial vehicles with drivers intended for the road haulage of goods
  • Public road passenger carrier
  • Freight Forwarder

You obtain this certificate if you have the necessary skills to practice the occupation of road haulage operator (light or heavy).

This is the case for example if you have a former manager of a company of MRT: titleContent. For detailed conditions, please visit: Creating a Freight Carrier company

Your file should include the evidence of your professional experience (unique identification number Siren, proof of registration, etc.).
