Replaces Cerfa No. 12168*01, which is no longer in force.

Certify that a driver who is not a national of a the European Economic Area (EEA) is legally employed by a public road freight transport company. Driver attestation shall be required only for the international carriage of goods under cover of a Community license and for cabotage operations.
