To be addressed to the Director of Civil Aviation responsible for the applicant's domicile or registered office at least 15 days before the proposed operation. Persons residing abroad must send the declaration to the Director of Civil Aviation responsible for Paris (DSAC Nord).

Allows the mandatory declaration by the natural or legal person wishing to record images or data in the field of the visible spectrum (i.e. visible to the human eye) over French territory.
