The form below can only be used when the online service is unavailable or after the deadline for filing returns (December 10 at midnight each year). After this date the declarations by this form must be deposited with the customs service on which you depend.

Grape harvesters for wine production and wine harvesters must declare their harvest and production.

This is an essential formality before marketing your wines.

If you don't sell your wine, you don't have to declare it.

In addition, if there is no harvest or production at all, you are exempt from reporting.

The online declaration is either on the single declaration site (portal.pro.gouv.fr) or on the customs site (customs.gouv.fr) in your personal space.
