Declaration of Amendment to a company - Legal Person (M3) (Form 11683*04)

You must file a declaration of transfer of establishment, opening of a new establishment, modification of the legal form, modification relating to directors and members, dissolution or cessation of activity (without disappearance of the legal person) of a legal person.

Until then, to inform the administration you should complete the M2 form for one or more of the abovementioned amendments and/or this M3 for the amendment of its members (intercalaries M BE businesses, TNS or M’).

File it or send it with the necessary supporting documents and payment of the fees:

• for Business businesses: to the competent chamber of commerce and industry within whose jurisdiction the head office of the company or its secondary establishment is situated;
• for businesses in the trades and crafts sector: to the chamber of trades and the competent craft industry within whose jurisdiction the head office of the company or its secondary establishment is situated;
• for civil businesses non-agricultural and other than commercial, businesses of liberal practice, legal persons subject to registration in the commercial and business registers not covered by Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Chambers of Crafts and Crafts or Chambers of Agriculture: at the Registry of the Commercial Court or Commercial Court (or Commercial Chamber of the Judicial Court for Alsace-Moselle) in whose jurisdiction the head office of the company or its secondary establishment is located (for the latter, the formality may also be carried out through the website www.infogreffe.fr).

You have to report one or more amendments relating to a business engaged in a principal agricultural activity.

In order to inform the administration, fill out this M3 form for changes in management and deposit it with the necessary supporting documents with the chamber of agriculture of the place of the head office of your business. 

You can also use the following additional forms:

• Agricultural Hmcs - business member under the agricultural self-employed scheme
• Agricultural NPS - Social aspects - Natural person covered by the scheme for self-employed persons in agriculture

You must complete a formality relating to an EPIC (public industrial and commercial establishment).

In order to inform the administration you should fill in this form M3 for member modification EPIC

File it or send it accompanied by the necessary supporting documents and the payment of the costs to the registry of the commercial court or the commercial court (or the commercial chamber of the judicial court for Alsace-Moselle) in whose jurisdiction the address of the seat of the EPIC is located. This is the body competent to deal with it.

You must use the form M0 SAS for the declaration of its establishment, M2 for one or more amendments to the EPIC, M4 for a radiation.

This formality is not accessible on the infograft.fr website.

You must complete a formality relating to an association registered in the RCS (register of commerce and businesses).

While you are waiting, to inform the administration you should complete this M3 form for the modification of members members of the association.

File it or send it accompanied by the necessary supporting documents and the payment of the costs to the registry of the commercial court or the commercial court (or the commercial chamber of the judicial court for Alsace-Moselle) in whose jurisdiction the address of the seat of the association is located. This is the body competent to deal with it.

You must use the form M0 ASSO for the declaration of its establishment, M2 for one or more modifications of the combination, and M4 for a radiation.
