ATTRI1 - Deed of Commitment (ex-DC3) (Form)

This form ATTRI1 is a model contract document that can be used by purchasers to formalize the conclusion of the public contract.

The buyer complete the fields before sending it, not bearing his signature, to the economic operator or the representative of the grouping to which the contract is intended to be awarded. The latter then fills in the fields which could not be filled in by the buyer who signs and returns it.

The buyer shall sign the undertaking and notify the holder thereof.

In the case of a grouping, the form may either be signed by all the members of the grouping, in the absence of a representative authorized to sign the grouping's tender, or by the representative who has received a mandate to sign the grouping's tender and who then produces in an annex to form ATTRI1 the credentials issued by the other members of the grouping.

The public contract shall take effect on the date of receipt of the notification by the supplier.
