Concerns producers subject to the concept of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), with regard to the management of waste generated by the products they manufacture or place on the market.

Enables mandatory annual reporting for the following streams:

• electrical and electronic equipment (EEE)
• batteries and accumulators (P&A)
• fluorinated gases, including refrigerants used in refrigeration and climate equipment (GF)
• tires (Tires)
• end-of-life vehicles (ELV).

Allows reporting of the quantities of products or equipment placed on the market by manufacturers and importers, as well as waste collected, recycled and disposed of by treatment operators, during the previous year.

Replaces the old reporting sites: National Register of Producers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) and Batteries and Accumulators (P&A), Sinoe Tires.
