Electronic filing of designs (Online service)

National Institute of Industrial Property (Inpi)

Enables online saving of an original drawing or model creation. Access to an interactive module to help with the online registration of the request.

Obtain a filing date and a national registration number, know the amount of fees to be paid, pay online by credit card or by direct debit from an Inpi client account (secure space), receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email as well as the original of the deposit numbered and electronically signed, save your deposit projects for 30 days.

Filings accompanied by another formality (division or extension of designs, application for registrations) are excluded from electronic filing. In this case, the request must be made in paper form by downloading the form.
