Declaration of change in the structure of vineyard land (Form 12064*04)

Enables the customs and wine-growing department responsible for the holding concerned to be notified of any operation modifying the sowing of plots of a holding by grubbing-up, planting, grafting or grafting of vines.

Work intentions must be communicated at least 1 month before the start of the planned work (planting, grubbing-up, grafting or overgrafting). The period of one month shall run from the date of lodging or dispatch of the declaration.
