Request change of main activity code (APE, NAF code) (Online Service)

This online service should only be used in case you respond to 2 following situations :

  1. Your company has not changed activity
  2. You feel that the EPA code which Insee has assigned to your company or to one of your establishments must be corrected

This online application must be accompanied by a picture summarizing your activity(ies) in a very precise way.

One notice attached to the table template tells you how to describe your activities.
