FranceAgriMer online services - vine planting authorization (Online service)
Wine-growers must be licensed to plant (or replant) vines on their holding.
These authorizations are non-transferable and granted free of charge for all plantations subject to prior authorization: new plantations, replantations, early replantings, overgrafting of vines or authorizations of converted rights in particular.
Prior authorization shall not apply to plantations:
- intended for testing;
- intended for family consumption;
- graft stock vines;
- lost due to expropriation in the public interest.
The authorization for planting or replanting is valid for 3 years.
Applications for authorization to plant or replant vines must be made online on the France Agrimer online services website.
