Quarterly declaration of activity of distributors (use other than fuel) (Form 15935*01)

Exemption from internal consumption tax on energy products for use other than fuel (a) of 1 of Article 265a of the Customs Code).

This declaration must be sent to the customs office of attachment before the 10th of the month following the end of the quarter. A declaration of activity must be made by tariff type of energy product received free of the CTBT.
