Application for reimbursement of wages of a labor counselor (Form 13705*01)

Where one of its employees is elected as a labor counselor and is absent from work for these activities during his working hours, the employer may ask the State to reimburse his salary, benefits and social security contributions.
Each month, the employer must send the following documents to the Registry of the Labor Council:
- Copy of pay slip
- Statement countersigned by the employee on the form cerfa n°13705*01 mentioning the absences of the company justified by the labor activity and the elements necessary to calculate the amount of the refund.
The application for reimbursement must be made no later than the calendar year following the year in which the company's employee is absent, otherwise it will be invalid.
Example :
The employee was absent for the exercise of his labor activity in February 2024, the employer can request the reimbursement of his salary until December 31, 2025.
