You're a real estate agent and you employ one salaried worker or a commercial agent (registered in the SFCR: titleContent) as real estate broker.

You must provide him with a certificate called certificate of acceptanceempowerment or certificate of collaborator.

The attestation proves that you allow your employee to negotiate and commit on your behalf.

You must send the file (the form and supporting documents) to your Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI).

Supporting documents

The supporting documents to download during your online formality, are the following:

• Identity of the collaborator : a copy of its CNI: titleContent or his birth certificate
• Morality of worker:
  
  • If French: no proof of morality to provide (the CCI itself does the search for the criminal record)
  
  
  • If it comes from a European country (member of the EEA): letter of consent signed for the communication of the criminal record of the country of origin to the French authority
  • If he is a member of a third State (except EEE): an extract from the criminal record of less than three months or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the judicial or administrative authority of that State
• Insurance worker: copy ofinsurance certificate covering the pecuniary consequences of the professional civil liability for the current year.
