Infograft (Online Service)

The www.infogreffe.fr website allows you to perform the following formalities:

  • Complete your formalities amendment or termination in relation to the Trade and businesses Register (SCR)
  • Perform the only change beneficial ownership statement (identification, address, arrangements for control of the business), without requiring any modification of the information recorded in the Trade and businesses Register (SCR).
  • File as an annex to the register of trade and businesses (RCS) an act, a deliberation or a decision where such deposit is made alone, without the declaration of a formality.

Please note

The company formalities office will soon enable all these formalities to be carried out online.
