Subscribe to the Order of Architects (Form)

The file must be submitted or sent by registered letter with request for notice of receipt at the headquarters of the Regional Council of the Order of Architects the place of practice.

It must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Photo ID (to be pasted on the registration form)
• Copy of diploma
  -French diploma (accompanied by HMONP if you are a state graduate), or European or foreigners diploma recognized by the French state (list available on www.architectes.org) or recognition of qualification

• Original of a criminal record extract:
• Please provide Bulletin number 3, less than 3 months old, to be requested online at https://casier­judiciaire.justice.gouv.fr/ or by writing to Service du Casier Judiciaire National 44317 Nantes Cedex 03) or an equivalent document issued by your country of origin if you have been residing in France for less than one year.
• Copy of a valid ID (ID card, passport, birth certificate or civil status card)
• Copy of a residence card or refugee card (only for persons who are nationals of non-EU Member States and who are eligible for reciprocity agreements or international commitments)
• Proof of a business address (with rent receipt, electricity bill or telephone)
• The application for registration must be accompanied by the payment of the required fee for registration fees:
  -Liberal practicing prime contractor, civil servant or public official with project management, partner of an architectural business: €360
  -Other activities related to architecture without project management, private sector employees (except special cases), teaching researchers, civil servants or public officials without supervisors: €90
  -Special case: Employee of a business of collective interest in agriculture and rural housing (SICAHR) or of a natural or legal person under private law constructing buildings for his own exclusive use: 1080€

Payment is made by check made payable to the Regional Council of the Order of Architects or by transfer.
