Check whether a municipality is located in ZFRR or is a ‘beneficiary’ of ZFRR zoning (Simulator)

This simulator makes it possible to know whether a municipality is located in a zone "France Ruralités Revitalization" (ZFRR) or if it is beneficiary of ZFRR zoning in 2025.

Zoning France ruralités revitalization (ZFRR) has been in place since 1er  July 2024 to support fragile rural territories.

In practice, companies set up or taken over in these areas may benefit from tax advantages: exemption from income tax (IR or business tax - IS), exemption from company property tax (CFE) and from property tax on built-up property (TFPB).

Some municipalities in the former Zones de Revitalization Rurale (ZRR) have not been reclassified as Zones France Ruralité Revitalization (ZFRR). They also benefit from the tax exemptions applicable to FRAs from 1er July 2024 and until December 31, 2027. These are called “ZFRR zoning beneficiary municipalities”.
