Emergency Assistance Form (Form)
To apply for emergency assistance for assets affected by disasters and inclement weather, you must complete the following form and attach the following supporting documents:
- RIB personal
- When established, a City Council certificate may be attached to the file to attest to the occurrence of the disaster or weather.
The form is to be sent to the Urssaf via the Urssaf personal space by sending the request via the section: messaging.
