Since 1er In January 2025, Economic Activity Tribunals (EATs) were established in some territories for the treatment of mutual agreement proceedings or collective proceedings regardless of the activity pursued.

This simulator makes it possible to know the competent court.

The Economic Activities Tribunal (EAT) has jurisdiction in the following cases:

  • Mutual agreement procedure and agricultural settlement
  • Backup Procedure
  • Post-crisis treatment procedure
  • Judicial redress procedure
  • Judicial winding-up proceedings
  • Actions and challenges relating to commercial leases arising out of and connected with the collective proceedings
