Make data of a legal person (business) not publicly available (Form)

We are talking about companies that are not distributed to INSEE.

If a company is non-distributable, then its information will not be accessible on public websites, for example on the Company Directory. Only some information will be public: name of company, if applicable the trade name and the brand name, and the municipality.

In order to carry out this procedure, the declarant must provide the following documents:

  • Proof: Kbis (if registered in the SCR: titleContent) or any other official document proving the identity of the legal representative of the unit (company)
  • Copy of the legal representative’s identification document (company).
