Aid for animal transport and trading companies was introduced on 6 April 2022 to financially support companies in this sector suffering from rising fuel prices due to the conflict in Ukraine.

Although it is no longer possible to register for this flat-rate vehicle assistance, a new online service was created on 1er June 2022 to allow companies to lodge an appeal for such aid or for the review of the amount of aid paid.

Example :

An appeal may be lodged if you have not been informed of the aid.

What is required

In order to lodge such an appeal, the company must provide:

  • its SIRET number;
  • its license number (not applicable to live animal trading companies);
  • depending on the situation of the company (application or review): its EPA code valid at 1er March 2022, his email address, mobile phone number, help case number.

Other documents may, if necessary, be requested (registration certificate, certificate ...).

FYI

Companies wishing to benefit from the aid must be registered with the payment and services agency.

What is the deadline for seeking redress?

This remedy may be exercised until 31 August 2022 inclusive.

The first payments from these appeals will take place as of August 2022.

Please note

If you have any questions about this help or about filing an online appeal, a helpline number 0 809 547 447 is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 1:30 to 17:00.
