The Help! : an offer for self-employed workers in difficulty

Help! is a new offering of coordinated, accelerated and tailored care services for self-employed workers who encounter payment difficulties due to financial, family or medical problems.

This mechanism is based on a collective mobilization of the Social Security, the Urssaf, the Family Allowance Fund (Caf), the Primary Health Insurance Fund (CPAM) and the Pension Insurance and Occupational Health Fund (Carsat). These various bodies combine their fields of action to provide the best possible support to the self-employed worker who is in trouble. This new aid aims to respond to the various difficult situations experienced by self-employed workers and to detect the fragilities encountered in order to respond quickly and concretely.

Who can benefit from this aid?

This scheme is aimed at self-employed workers and heads of company (traders, craftsmen, micro-entrepreneurs, liberal professions) who encounter financial, medical, family or social difficulties.

Help! is therefore intended to support self-employed workers in:

  • the payment of social contributions (social assistance, modulation of contributions, etc.);
  • studying their entitlement to social benefits (family allowances, housing subsidies, etc.);
  • access to care and health;
  • the study of their pension rights and the steps to be taken.

How do I get access to it?

If you wish to apply, simply answer the questionnaire Help! related to your department, available on your region's Urssaf page.

Once the questionnaire has been transmitted, the application is examined by the cell Help! who will inform you by e-mail of the progress of your file.
