APProch: the platform for consulting public procurement projects

APProch was set up by the State Procurement Directorate as part of the project "Digital Transformation of Public Procurement". With this portal, companies know in advance what public entities plan to buy in the future and will therefore be better prepared to respond to future calls for tender.

The objectives of APProch

APProch allows companies to consult public procurement projects in advance to better prepare for future procurement.

The aim of the new portal is also to develop the dialog between companies and public purchasers in order to better understand the needs of public services and to better anticipate future opportunities. For this purpose, APProch offers the possibility of opening a dialog between the public purchaser and the interested company (only at the initiative of the public purchaser).

This service also allows companies to:

• know in advance what public entities intend to buy in the short and medium term;
• to be informed of new procurement projects in their field of activity;
• make initial contact with public buyers by clicking on the "I'm interested" button which will inform the buyer of your interest;
• to be alerted to developments in these procurement projects (publication of invitations to tender ...).

How APProch works

The portal APProch provides professionals with a provisional and non-exhaustive list public procurement projects. This information is therefore not binding neither the public purchaser nor the interested company.

Published procurement projects cover all categories of procurement (Works, Services, Supplies) in mainland France and overseas. Purchasing projects can be sorted according to your preferences.

It is possible to create a personal account on APProch, this requires you to fill in the SIREN/SIRET number of your company.

This personal account allows:

• Search for procurement projects in areas of interest to you.
• Define a custom watch.
• configure your alerts.
