As of June 30, 2023, all company formalities will be available through the Single Window. In addition, a new governance will be put in place to ensure the proper functioning of the Single Window. Entrepreneur.service-public.fr details these changes.
Since 1er january 2023, use of the site formalities.companies.gouv.fr is required for all company formalities and for all company types.
Initially, only the company creation formalities were available on the one-stop shop, the remainder being carried out on the company-stop online service, on Infograft or through Cerfa forms, in accordance with the fallback procedure.
At June 30, 2023, all company formalities will now be available on the one-stop shop.

The formalities available on the one-stop shop
The site formalities.companies.gouv.fr allows you to perform the following:

- changes : change of activity, address, name, number of partners, status, etc. ;
- cessation of activity ;
- submission of annual accounts (within 2 months of approval of the accounts).

New governance to ensure the proper functioning of the Single Window
Complementing the improvements, a new governance will be put in place to ensure the proper functioning of the Single Window and to prepare for its future developments.
This new governance will bring together the stakeholders involved in the Single Window. It will consist of:
- the project partner ministries that make up the strategic college;
- the partner organizations in formalities (INSEE, social organizations (URSSAF, MSA: titleContent) and DGFIP: titleContent);
- consular networks (chambers of commerce and industry, chamber of trades and crafts, chambers of agriculture);
- users (companies and agents).
