Beyond the change of name and logo, this new operator must contribute to the objective of full employment. France Labordesigned after consulting jobseekers and employers, aims in particular to strengthen the support of companies in their hiring processes. Indeed, more than 61% companies say they are having trouble recruiting and finding the right candidate.

France Labor provide users with new services to promote a return to employment and facilitate recruitment.

Which services will remain unchanged after January 1, 2024?

At 1er January 2024, employers will continue to have the option on France Labor :

  • log in to their company account in order to access all online services (search for candidates, publication of job offers, delivery of an employer attestation). They will also have access to the profile store, already available on the Pôle emploi website;
  • publish their job offers in the same way as at present;
  • use services already in place such as “Facilitated Immersion” and “My Hiring Aids”;
  • contact their company advisors on terms that remain unchanged.

Please note

The services of France Travail can be reached at 39,95.

What changes will take place as of January 1, 2024?

France Labor aims to improve support for companies in their recruitment processes. This project will apply to all companies, including SMEs.

To identify the needs of recruiters and offer them adapted support, the company advisors of France Labor and those of its employment partners will increase their visits with the different companies. Employers will be able to promote their professions throughout the country and increase their attractiveness.

In addition, a single job posting platform will be created. Thus, companies will be able to make their recruitment needs known to all users and to all those involved in the public employment service (representatives of the state, local missions and placement agencies specializing in the vocational integration of persons with disabilities).

Please note

The name change will be increasingly visible in Pôle emploi agencies, communications, and on government websites and applications.
