  • Fill a prior declaration of activity

This business card is obligatory for next activities :

  • Real estate agent: transactions on buildings, land, houses, apartments, offices, business, etc. (T on your card)
  • Real estate management (mention G on your map)
  • List dealer
  • Condominium trustee (S on your card)
  • Tourist services: concerns the real estate agent who carries out incidental tourist activities
  • Provision of services: concerns only a foreign company (excluding EU: titleContent) with no establishment in France and permanently employed
