To be subscribed by any natural or legal person who, in the course of the exercise of his profession, pays to third parties commissions, brokerages, commercial or other rebates, vacations, occasional or non-occasional fees, gratuities and other remuneration.

Since 1er january 2018 this declaration must be submitted by computer.
