You must use the form M0 SAS for the declaration of its establishment, M2 for one or more EPIC amendments or M3 for the modification of its members.

You must use the form M0 ASSO for the declaration of its establishment, M2 for one or more changes to the association, and form M3 for editing the members of the association.

You must report the write-off of a business for winding-up, amalgamation, division or realisation of a transfer of assets.
