The online service called DS-MSA or DTS-MSA (quarterly agricultural employee declaration) is deleted.
You must declare your employees either via the DSN, or via the TESA+ (title employment agricultural service).
FYI
Employers who have opted for the TESA-S (title simplified agricultural use), in particular for declaring seasonal employment, may now make such declarations of TESA-S in the DSN (Nominative Social Declaration)).
